
Dr. Michael Dingus, Vice President & Technical Director, TRI/Austin, Inc.
Dr. Dingus joined TRI as a Senior Project Scientist in 1994 and has risen to the position of Vice President and Technical Director. Dr. Dingus has a Ph.D. and M.A. in Physics from Duke University and a B.A. in Scolars Studies with Concentration in Physics from the University of Tennessee.

John Bulluck, Materials Division Manager
John W. Bulluck has been leading the materials division since 1992. He holds an M.A. in Chemistry from Texas State University and a B.S. from Guilford College. Prior to joining TRI, Mr. Bulluck was a Senior Chemist with Seaward International and a Manager for Chemical Systems at E.R. Carpenter bringing with him an understanding of development of materials for manufacturing. He has expertise with a wide variety of chemistries including epoxies, polyurethanes, polyureas, polysulfides, acrylics and silicones. His patents include:

David Forsyth, NDE Division Manager
Mr. Forsyth has experience developing NDT technologies and managing technology development and transfer programs. He holds an M. Sc. in Electrical Engineering and a B. Eng., Engineering Physics from the University of Saskatchewan. His fields of expertise include eddy current, ultrasonic NDT, inspection reliability assessment, automated signal/imageanalysis of NDT and data fusion. His awards include

Vince Newton, Director of Business Development & Technology Transition
Located in the Washington DC area, Mr. Newton has over 10 years experience at TRI in successful business development, product development, and technology transition. His experience includes the successful fleet transition of TRI’s Bondcoat® Nonconductive Coating (NCC) product for the life enhancement of submarine and other underwater electrical connectors.
Azucena Overman, Marketing Director
Mrs. Overman has a BS in Physics, an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin’s Executive MBA program and over 15 years experience in marketing and sales of technical products ranging from industrial capital equipment to consumables. Having worked as a product manager for the majority of that time, she is well-versed in competitive analysis, product positioning, product launches and business to business marketing. While employed as the marketing manager of DTM Corporation, she also gained skills in structured analysis of customer needs, stage gate product development and quality functional deployment (QFD) to link customer needs to development goals.
